The Editor-in-Chief plays a crucial role in upholding the magazine’s tone, style, and editorial standards. She establishes the magazine’s editorial direction.

Joy El Biry
In her role as a Managing Editor, she works closely with the Editor-in-Chief to manage the day-to-day operations of the magazine. In her role as a copy editor, she reviews and edits articles while also verifying the reliability of the information.

ART DIRECTOR / SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / WRITER
Menno Idink
As the Art Director he checks the visual aspects of the digital magazine (such as the layout design and overall aesthetics). Additionally as a social media manager he produces content for various platforms (Instagram & LinkedIn), increasing the magazine’s engagement.

SECTION EDITOR / WRITER
Marita Wehbe
As a Section Editor, she ensures content quality and consistency by overseeing creation, assigning articles, editing submissions, and aligning content with magazine standards, all in support of the Editor-in-Chief’s vision.

WEB DEVELOPER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER / WRITER
Afonso Silva
As a web developer, he maintains and updates the magazine’s website, ensuring that it runs smoothly and remains visually appealing. Within the technical work, he produces visual elements like illustrations, infographics, and layout designs for the magazine as a graphic designer.
